Implemented a TailScale Exit Node to securely access, monitor, and manage my network from anywhere. This lightweight and high-performance VPN solution ensures encrypted remote connectivity without compromising security. Working on a Relay Server to improve performance
DNS over TLS (DoT)
Configured DNS over TLS (DoT) to encrypt DNS queries, preventing man-in-the-middle (MiTM) attacks and enhancing online privacy for my family. This ensures a secure, tamper-proof internet experience by blocking ISP tracking and unauthorized interception of DNS requests.
PFBlockerNG
Deployed pfBlockerNG for network-wide ad blocking and threat filtering, protecting my family from malicious domains, phishing scams, and intrusive tracking. This system proactively blocks harmful content at the network level, improving security and browsing performance.
Surricata IDS
Integrated Suricata IDS to provide real-time intrusion detection and threat analysis, ensuring early alerts for potential security breaches. By continuously monitoring network traffic, Suricata helps detect suspicious activity and enhances my ability to respond quickly to cyber threats.
