Turing Smart Display Custom Themes
I installed a 5-inch Turing Smart Screen inside my PC case to display real-time system stats, temperatures, and network usage. This compact display adds both functionality and aesthetics, providing a quick glance at system performance without additional software overlays.

Linux Compatibility
Found a community port on GitHub to run the smart screen on Linux, allowing full customization without Windows dependencies.
Dependencies & Setup
Resolved missing libraries and dependencies and Created a Systemd service to start up the display with my computer.
Custom Themes
Designed custom backgrounds and static elements in GIMP, tailoring the interface to match my system’s aesthetics.
YAML for Live Data
Learned how to modify YAML configuration files to fetch and display temps, fan speeds, CPU/GPU usage, and network activity dynamically.
This project allowed me to explore custom Linux software integration, hands-on troubleshooting, and visual customization, creating a fully personalized system monitoring solution inside my PC case.
